As the site is compact and the functions are highly complex at the ground level, the building is designed along the red line, with its ground floor open to the outside to form an X-shaped axis, separating various functional sectors. A city lounge, going from west to east, introduces the landscape into the interior of the building. The east and south sides of the main tower, together with the M-shaped columns at the bottom of the building, form an arcade space connecting the building and the street. The M-shaped structural columns at the bottom and middle of the building resemble the logo of the bank, creating an iconic image in the central area of the city.
