Through introducing the green landscape into the office area of CCT Center, the design aims to create “office buildings on the park”. The carefully planned fire lanes have divided the site into several landscape stripes and nodes, where greenbelts, sunken courtyards and outdoor retailing spaces are situated. Seven office buildings are scattered on the site, enclosing a central courtyard as the extension of the park’s greening, facilitating the formation of the building cluster’s micro climate. The stilted first floor has created an open space with appropriate scale and easy access. Three high-rise office buildings line the main roads, standing out as landmarks.
